Posted are the commonly asked questions I receive at Mag’s Mobile Haircare.

1. What is needed during my appointment?

Water access, an outlet, a chair (stool or kitchen chair), and an area where I could work.

2. What will be provided during my apointment?

All equipment and supplies will be provided for your appointment. Everything is properly sanitized and cleaned in each use. Shampoo and conditioner is provided. However, if you wish to use your own, feel free!

3. Is it okay if there are pets in the home?

Yes, of course. However, Mag's Mobile Haircare follows an animal safety protocol.

Due to hair clippings and chemicals with strong aromas, it is requested that pets are placed in a different room to ensure they are not affected in any way during the appointment.

4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please call me (Margaret) at 403-470-8193 as soon as possible. If you are unable to keep your appointment, it would be appreciated if you would provide a 12- to 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


In the event you or your stylist catches a cold or the flu or a weather advisory is in place, your appointment will be rescheduled.

5 .Do you offer Hospital or care community visits?

Yes, I am able to provide visits to these establishments. Please check with the nursing staff prior to scheduling your appointment to ensure services are allowed and a water and a outlet can be provided.


Note: An additional fee for facility parking will be applied.

6. How much time do I need to allow?

Shampoo + Haircut: 1 to 1.5 Hours

Colour + Haircut: 1.5 to 2 Hours

Perm+ Haircut: 2 to 3 Hours

7. What are your credentials?

I am a certified Red Seal Journeyman Hairstylist.
